The Queen Engraving by Martin Engelbrecht

Born in Augsburg, Germany, Martin Engelbrecht was a celebrated Baroque engraver and publisher in the late 17th and 18th century. Known for his expertly detailed and hand-colored depictions of historical fashion, daily life, and famed landmarks, it is no wonder his prolific illustrations have surpassed centuries of tribulation.

Here we have an authentic 287-year old hand-colored engraving of a Queen evoking an imminent scent of regality. Referred to as a "Mantle", this caliber of renaissance wear was designed exclusively for Emperors, Kings and Queens, as a symbol of authority.

No wonder this queen is dripping in gold! The perfect addition for the Queen or renaissance fashion and history lover in your life.
