Journée de Paris, also known as "Paris Day" or "Bastille Day" is celebrated annually on the 14th of July.

This incredible 1915 poster was used to inspire generosity for the sake of fellow war-torn Parisians in need. Its text reads: "Paris Day, July 14, 1915, for the benefit of the War Works of L'Hotel-de-Ville for the combatants, the wounded, the convalescents, the disabled, the refugees, and the prisoners."

The fine detailing in this historic graphic are next to none. The reductive use or black and white stenciling, adorned with a hint of brown, simply bring both the time period and messaging to life. What a remarkable piece of history! Printed by Devambez, Paris.

This authentic stone lithograph has been exceptionally preserved and is guaranteed to frame beautifully.
