This magnificent stone lithograph was printed by the C. Burckardt printing company in Weissenburg, France during the 1880s.

This is part of a series of carnival panels featuring whimsical images of animals, random Alsatian characters, and comical caricatures all designed in a stunning Art Nouveau style. Oh and did we mention, they are extremely rare and collectible?

Condition: Very Good. Three panels joined together. Age toning in accordance with posters age. Minor staining along original fold lines has bee professionally restored. Conservation mounted on linen. Please use zoom feature to get a better understanding of posters overall condition.
