"La Novia del Sol" translates to "The Bride of the Sun" in English. This cheerful 1953 Spanish advertisement was designed to market the sale of lightbulbs for the Metal Mazda company, located in Malaga, Spain.

Featuring an elegant bridal bulb alongside a handsome sun sporting a radiant top hat, comes this stunning whimsical 79-year old advert. Illustrated by Spanish artist Julio Ferrer Sama, this wonderful piece is guaranteed to spark joy for all that see it. 

Condition: Good to Very Good. Minor fading in accordance with posters age. Flattened creases and scuffs in top right hand corner. Conservation mounted on linen, which has been trimmed to the edge of the poster. Please use zoom feature to get a better understanding of posters overall condition.
