Another fantastically bizarre caricature from the C. Burckardt printing company in Wissembourg, the Alsatian region of France. This comical portrait features a man with a lot of missing teeth and an earring in his right ear. And that cross-eyed grin! A cheeky portrayal of this mysterious earring man. The printer's stamp is located in the bottom right and is numbered 258. An original stone lithograph in wonderful condition, this is the only one we've seen of this version in the series.

Condition: Very Good. Age relating foxing.

Year: c.1890 - 134 years old
