Fantastic! A frog playing guitar... why not?? This magnificent stone lithograph was printed by the C. Burckardt printing company in Weissenburg, France during the 1880s.

This spectacular vintage piece is part of a series of carnival panels featuring whimsical images of animals, random Alsatian characters, and comical caricatures all designed in a stunning Art Nouveau style. Stamped No. 206. Oh and did we mention, they are extremely rare and collectible?

Condition: Very Good. Two panels joined together. Age toning in accordance with posters age. Minor tears, and light border wear have been professionally restored. Printer stripe on left hand side. Minor background fading. Conservation mounted on linen. Please use zoom feature to get a better understanding of posters overall condition.
