"Kaidan Arima Nek" released in English-speaking countries as "Ghost Cat of Arima Palace" was a black and white 1937 Japanese horror film starring Kitsuemon Arashi, Yuriko Asano and Kazuko Fuji.

This iconic thriller follows the story of Okoyo (played by Yuriko Asano) who is the mistress of Lord Arima. When Okoyo fears she's being replaced by a much younger woman, she kills the woman in a fit of jealousy. Only to have the deceased woman's cat lick her blood, and evolve into a demon that takes revenge on an unsuspecting Okoyo. Oh No!

The graphics on this surreal 1950s re-release are next to none. Featuring a phenomenal illustration of our favorite demon ghost-cat in search of their next victim, there's no telling where vengeance will take it next! Leave it to the Japanese to always transport you into a realm of showmanship. Fabulous bright, and bold color choices across the board.

This vintage work of art will frame expertly. Perfect for the Japanese horror lover in your life.
