This antique print showing the complexity of a military battleship is truly beautiful. The Infanta Maria Teresa class of three armored cruisers was built for the Spanish Navy between 1889 and 1893. All three were sunk in action against the United States Navy during the Battle of Santiago de Cuba in 1898. This specific antique print comes from an old German bookplate and is over 100 years old! Wow. Printed by Bibliographisches Institut in Leipzig, Germany in 1895.
