Behold this magnificent poster designed for the 1966 stage play "Quiz", held at Teatr Dramatyczny in Warsaw, Poland. Featuring the unmistakably imaginative graphics of no other than Polish illustrator Franciszek Starowieyski of course.

As a pioneer of Polish poster art, Starowieyski broke new ground with his avant-garde style and unbridled creativity. He was the first Polish artist to hold his own poster show at the prestigious Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York in 1988, cementing his position as a true visionary of the art world.

Starowieyski's works are celebrated for their striking and intricate details that often evoke a sense of otherworldliness, and this piece is no exception. The central image features a mysterious green face that seems to be hiding secrets within its labyrinthine structure, with enigmatic equations (a textbook motif) scattered throughout about an aged ivory foreground and a thin charcoal border. Believe us when we say, this piece is a rare gem, it is unlike any Starowieyski art we've seen before.

This incredible poster is a testament to Starowieyski's unique vision and unparalleled talent, and is a must-have for any serious collector of Polish poster art.
