A 3-D film in 1953?! Wow. Originally released in 1950, this incredible poster was designed to advertise the film "Metroscopix" first-release in Denmark. Although many believe that 3-D movies began in the 50s, they've actually been around since 1920!

What an uncanny piece of film history. Needless to say, this art is absolutely fantastic. Featuring a roaring illustration of a harrowing lion expelling himself from a black and white television set, the exuberant public appears to simply shake in awe. Everything from the classic color choices, detailed shading, and novelty illustration simply command an excited ambiance all its own. This Danish work of art will look incredible hanging in your home.

Condition: Very Good. Original fold lines present. Light border wear. Minor fading along center fold line. Please use zoom feature to get a better understanding of posters overall condition.

Gorgeous!

Stunning vintage poster! From start to finish communications were clear and helpful. Decided to have the poster linen backed which turned out beautifully. Will definitely be happy to purchase from them again!
